Welcome to Oddly Creative Studio. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Custom & 3D Printed Products

All our products are 3D printed layer-by-layer in our studio. Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing, minor layer lines, seams, and slight textural variations are normal and are part of the handcrafted aesthetic, not defects.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and put into studio production within 1-2 business days. Shipping timelines depend on our logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, courier issues, or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds if an item arrives functionally damaged or structurally compromised during transit. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Minor aesthetic variations (like layer lines) are not eligible for refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All 3D designs, website content, images, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Oddly Creative Studio. Reproduction or commercial use of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Oddly Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
